The Healing Prayer Ministry is a lay-led prayer ministry, evolving over time, changing its format to meet the changing needs of its participants. This Ministry currently thrives online, using a monthly email with participants adding their prayers throughout the month as needs arise, for healing, peace, justice, hope, gratitude, family, friends, communities, nations, and the world. All information is kept private within the Healing Prayer Ministry.
Visiting homebound members of our faith community — The United Congregational Church in Milton – is a joyful Ministry of love and connection. We provide monthly visits to keep our homebound members connected to the churches they love and have long supported. Join us and share reminiscences and prayer.
We are reaching out to members of our congregation that might enjoy knowing that we are thinking of them. You can write cards from your own home or join with a group of friends for a card making party.
Digital ministry opens the door for us to connect with people in meaningful ways, no matter where they are. Through social media, live-streaming, and zoom worship we can engage with our community in real-time, offering outreach, prayer, and support. You don’t need experience to join us, only an interest in technology and AV. We’ll train you on the various systems.
